“Bella” silk chiffon bridal cape (first three photos) or off-the-shoulder silk sleeves (last three photos) with fishtail braid detail are the perfect bridal add-on finishing touch to add on to any wedding dress. The fishtail braid is a “neutral” detail and easy to style with any wedding dress that has a floral, boho or geometrical lace.
I wanted to create a bridal add-on piece that has dual styling options: you can attach the piece at the top of the straps on the shoulder for a bridal cape, or attach to the front of the dress to style into off-the-shoulder sleeves. The idea came while designing a custom dress and our bride wanted to walk down the aisle wearing a bridal cape, but also envisioned herself having off-the-shoulder sleeves for the reception.
Description: cathedral length flat silk chiffon panels, rounded at the train and silk chiffon fishtail braid. We offer a variety of colors: blush, peach, champagne, lavender and we dye each piece with all natural plant based dyes.

“Finishing Touches” collection takes any wedding design further giving the opportunity of a more personalized style. Taking the common wedding gown to the next level by adding a touch of color, flow and movement. Our primary “finishing touches” pieces are: the silk veil, off the shoulder silk sleeves, capes, overdress and overskirts.
Much of my inspiration for Finishing Touches comes from designing hundreds of gowns over the last twenty years.
A FEW THINGS TO BE KNOWN ABOUT THE ADD-ONS ARE:
∗ We use hand dyed, plant based colored silks
∗ The most lightweight silk chiffon is used for flow and movement.
∗ For details, unique bridal laces picked from around the world.
∗ Ethnic jewelry is selected for off the shoulder detail on the sleeves.
∗ Creative, “no-lace” details such as chiffon braids for sleeves and belts that will be paired with any lace dresses.
∗ All of those are created locally.
