Newest wedding dress designs unfolding - Wedding gown design #1

As promised the first new wedding dress design I have in the works is live on the blog.

I was inspired by one of our most favorites 3D beaded floral laces. This unique lace has a combination of two laces: a delicate embroidered floral dainty lace and a heavier 3D beaded floral lace. It creates an organic look. Inspired by our Heidi wedding dress, I placed the lace asymmetrical in the torso waist area, the lace coming down on the left hip.

In this video you see how I used the trim lace detail as part of the low back. The lace wraps around the torso all the way on the other side towards the back.

Next I started to pin triangle panels of silk organza. The organza has a different drape than the silk chiffon. The silk chiffon has a softer drape and the silk organza a more firm drape. They both beautifully catch the gentlest breeze.

I also pinned the silk chiffon at the bust area. I envision a combination of delicate ruching under the lace.
